Well said Dunk (all the back on page 1). this is boring now and Ged i get what your saying. You want all the tickets to go on sale to liverpool ppl 1st, then if any left the "oot" can have them. As you can see most of dont agree, so lets leave it now, ITS REALLY BORING. If you have read all the posts, you'll see your going to get banned if you carry on, so try and be a grown up and let it go

Dunk offered to take action against these two. I was one of the first to defend them and agree this forum would be less if we were not free to offer opinions. But looking at the overnight posts neither seems to have understood the message or taken any note of the consideration of fellow posters giving them the benefit of the doubt and opportunity to back off.

I am a local fan in Liverpool and season ticket holder but I find it offensive in the extreme that anyone should be a second class fan because of where they live be that another part of the UK or abroad. The comment that dug at my guts was the one by Fazakerley red where if you were born in Liverpool and moved away you were still a first class fan because of your blood. Presumably if you were from say Kent and went to permanently live in Liverpool you would still remain OTT and hence second class because your blood is wrong and always will be.

I have seen this attitude a number of times in the flesh (we are what we are - you are what you are - we are from here - you are from there). I have seen this in bars in Liverpool more than once where people have been verbally abused and threatened purely because they are not from Liverpool and of the way they spoke. There’s something very nasty and ugly about this state of mind. In Liverpool it’s becoming a minority now and nothing like it once was but it still exists and it looks like this bovine pair is of this mindset.

I don’t know about anyone else but I am sick of the pair of them now.

Well being from kent (nice plug stanley), i have had great times in Liverpool, but i agree this thread has a dark undertone.

Disgraceful post and in no way are you in any way representive of any views I know in the city.And I've lived here all my life.The way you turn on people from the city would completely isolate you imo.All they were saying was a very wideheld opinion.

End of the day more fans equals more money and that the one thing the club needs with all the debt going around. Why do clubs do tours of Asia and the middle east its not for the holidays and good food. Is so they attract fans from around the world, who buy the shirts and others items and add to the clubs coffers.
