Do you believe everything that the media write? LFC fans should know better than most that the media aren't to be trusted and will print whatever they think will help sell a paper.

This including the fact the media loves stirring up trouble when it comes to Liverpool

And....why do people like Faz choose to believe an article that claims Real Madrid are the La Liga champions!!!! Is accuracy not a concern anymore....?

Everything I have read has been "out-takes" from broad interviews which have been translated and re-translated and edited and then re-interpreted dozens of times, and speculation which has also been taken on and "spun" by the media. As of yet there does not appear to be a genuine approach for Luis from another club nor does there appear to be a genuine request from Luis to LFC for a move.
All has been press generated and laundered as far as i can tell.

And yet Luis is caned for identifying the media for constantly harassing him.

He is an international celebrity who has been marked as a scandal and a story waiting to happen on but not off the field. Little is written about Luis the humble family man who does not get drunk and end up brawling in the local boozer, or gets arrested for doing 150 mile an hour in his porsche.

If he genuinely wants to leave and puts in a transfer fee, i say fair enough and good luck Luis. A great player who clearly has some emotional issues, which he could conquer and should have become one of our all time greats in my opinion.

Lets wait and see what Luis wants. Its really up to him.

Very well said. The last time I saw an interview from him that was genuine, he was saying how much he loved the club, he was really proud to play at Anfield, and it made his hairs stand on end when his daughter proudly sings 'you'll never walk alone'. This was at the end of May.

He has criticised the media for their OTT treatment (whilst accepting his wrong-doings) and has justified his concerns because of what they are doing to him now. I'm just disappointed that so many LFC fans are gullible enough to believe the press when they have done nothing but harm to the club. Shame on them.

In all his interviews he has expressed his desires to stay at liverpool, but the media twist his words when he said he is being pressured by the English press and its difficult for him to live under consistent scrutiny.

I will add that I expect this shambles to end up in a transfer for him though. A combination of the media, agents and disloyal fans is enough to engineer a move away for almost any player. Even if Suarez is in 2 minds, all it takes is for a greedy agent with pound signs in his eyes to print off a few hundred Forum comments from gullible LFC 'fans' who have sided with the media, and that should help to make his mind up.

When the dust has settled it could emerge that he never wanted to leave but the fans pushed him away in the end.

Hardly Faz. If he criticised the media, then why would they say nice things and be truthful? Use your loaf!
