Maybe he flew from Barcelona to confuse us all on the Suarez transfer. There is a possibility he met Madrid officials in Barcelona (or near to) in order to talk of a deal.
Maybe... Just maybe... we'll only know when we sign several young spanish players from Espanyol and Barcelona.
