Completely agree, faz. It's a bit rich for him to speak about his image, when he's dragged the image of the club through the mud on several occasions due to his own poor behaviour. He owes the club big time, and he's paying them by saying he wants to leave.

It's bloody terrible what does he expect the whole team to wear a Suarez Shirt every game? Does he realise that most of this is HIS doing?
If he acted as a professional there would be no issue.
I remember when we were first linked to him, I was very excited I follow Ajax closely and knew he would shine.
Trouble is he simply hasnt matured properly. Time to cut our losses and ship him out.
For every Suarez and Torres we can find another Striker to replace them
His image.. Couldnt care about to be honest anymore. It's LFC's image which the club should focus on

He screwed us last season,screwed us at the end of this season and if staying the start of next season.Now it loofs like our whole transfer window is going to be about this especially since it won't be sorted until windows end.We will get screwed again.The club say he's going nowhere so the media are going to sell a lot of papers this window.He is getting on like KD's support didn't play a large part in his getting sacked.Great player for us when he was eligible but just feel so let down.However as bad as the media attention was,it was all his own fault He also scored 30 goals for us last season, which we can be grateful for. I believed he'd give us another season though. I feel he owes it to us. With him openly coming out and saying he wants to leave, though, I think the point of no return has been reached. The next step has to be the club forcing his hand. He'll need to submit a formal transfer request if he wants his move - just like Torres and Mascherano had to do before him. If we get over £40m for him, it'll be great. I'd be happy with £40m. Anything else on top of that is a bonus. Anything under it though, and I think we're being screwed. At least now, the wheels can start to be turned further on the targets in mind to replace him. you think he would hand in a transfer request? cant see him wanting to loose out on his little bonuses he would get if we sold him without him handing in one! Absolutely. He's going to have to, he'll have no choice. You think Liverpool are going to allow him to leave and pay him his 'loyalty' bonuses. Not a f*cking chance in hell. If he leaves the club, it won't be before he hands in an official transfer request. That's what the LFC statement was all about.

He hasn't said he wants to leave properly yet and this is cos he wants his loyalty bonus which stands at 4.7 million i think. We should do a Spuds did with Modric and reject all offers (providing the release clause is untrue) until we get up near 50 or 60 million, we are in no rush to sell although i do want to see this one sorted quickly i hate deals that drag on for the summer. Either that or offer him 200k a week to stay lol either or really.

I don't understand why he owes anything to LFC, the club supported him because he is very important to the cluband I don't think he got any undue support in the biting affair. He was asked to pay a fine and the club accepted the punishment rightfully, may be he was looking for the type of support he got in the Evra incident.

The club and the fans stood by him because we all knew we were astronomically fortunate to have him. I don't feel like he owes us or the club anything but he certainly shouldn't be coming out with words like 'Nobody supported me'.

It was in LFC's best interests to keep a player of his standard, yes, but they could have treated him badly and put him in the reserves. That wouldn't have been good for his image or his career. He has been and still is under contract with LFC, so they can do whatever the hell they want with him, until that changes. The club has treated him well, shown him unbelievable support, and given him the platform to get to the position where the best teams in Europe are vying for his signature, so don't come out with this "he doesn't owe the club anything" talk. It's nonsense.
