I mean yes we have improved a bit but flame is right it was a false dawn and we are not as good as we thought. Was it me or was gerrard far better when in the middle at the end of the game. Why play him behind the striker !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i never thought we were good over the last couple of games, even though we won many of them. we never played great football in any of those games, it was just the attitude of the players that gave us the points.

too many players in todays squad who shouldn't be playing at this level....

i think both teams played badly. I dont think we plyed very badly though.

Thought Gerrard was alrite at best in the middle, the reason he does'nt get played there is because he is no central midfielder and has not played that position regulary for 5 seasons. I think you can get away with him there for certain games but against the best teams he gets found out, the champions league final in Istanbul was the perfect example where he was a disgrace.

i previously said i think aqua is the man to play behind torres, gerrard is loosing his pace and at least that way we dont have to play lucas either
