He brought us the Champions league and F.A. Cup and you still pan him at every opportunity.

stevie g brought him and us those two trophies -on peno's
i rant to reinforce his exile from the club. he can't ever come back no matter how many sheepish fans worship him and fail to analyze his actual methods

Well done Rafa.

After 2 wins in 8 games he steadied the ship, got the 2 places higher in the league than last season and yet another European Winners Medal for his cabinet. Not many 'awful' managers have as good a CV.

He didn't do an incredible job in the league, but considering most managers couldn't have handled the pressure or fan reaction, I think he's improved his standing as a man and a manager. I think some people think it's like Football Manager, pick a good team and they'll probably win...

Hope he does well whereever he goes next, though no doubt they'll be excuses from here if he does...
