Was supporting Chelsea tonight simply down to Rafa Benitez. He has proved Chelsea fans wrong this season by getting them another European trophy as well as two places higher in the league than last year. Hope he succeeds at big club outside England in his next adventure. Can't help but love the guy.

Was supporting Chelsea tonight simply down to Rafa Benitez. He has proved Chelsea fans wrong this season by getting them another European trophy as well as two places higher in the league than last year. Hope he succeeds at big club outside England in his next adventure. Can't help but love the guy. when he took over they were 4 pts off utd.finished 17pts off lost to crappy teams in the cups and outplayed by benifica. lucky to get that trophy on his CV but probably means he can go to another club and make a mess of it.

best team left in EL by miles chelsea so they should have won it , english mentality won in the end chelsea stuck in there benfica tried to walk it in , for me chelsea did enough to win the game deserved it in fact because of a very wasteful benfica .

Yeah pleased for Rafa, I would be surprised if he chose to go abroad at this moment but well done to him.

The man is a proven winner. Credit where its due... he was under so much pressure at Chelsea and easily could have walked out on them. You cannot deny that he has done a great job at Chelsea

chelsea have a fantastic team and squad and were the best team left in the 2nd phase of the EL this team and squad won the CL last season with de matteo so the quality has always been there.

LOL that's the ticket Faz, rafa had nothing to do with that win tonight at all. have i said that lain ?? but its not like chelsea are an ordinary team they are far from it , 3rd best team in england and by far the best team that was left in the EL so they should be winning cups

Its a team game though Faz, and that includes the manager. If Brendan won that trophy tonight with the same players in red shirts I don't think you would omit him from the achievement, go on Faz admit it you just don't want to credit our Rafa with anything good do you.
