Like I said,a pointless waste of time. in your opinion , but in the light of recent news its valid in my opinion and that game in 1990 was a massive watershed game.

Sooo, if KK is to blame for our woes way back in 1990 (show some RESPECT), then answer this.
Rafa handed over a winning team on a plate - we were a top 4 side, winning in Istanbul, and the FA cup in the following year. and 3 seasons later we feck it up. Post 1990 you can put the blame squarely on Messers Moores, Parry, Souness, Hicks & Gillett, Roy H, BR and FSG.

The club failed to build during the period of our greatest success, United didn't and there's the difference. A cup semi-final defeat to Palace is irrelevant because by that stage we should have had a new ground and been well on the way to sustaining our dominance in the long term.

Wrong mate dalglish along with that game plus the board were the catalyst to the decline .

United won the cup and Liverpool went into decline united went from strength to strength facts prove it no league since then 13 leagues for man utd.
