Let's just hope we sort can have another good transfer window in terms of quality of player like the January window. Just hope he gets the backing he needs and then next season it's all down to him and his players.. He'll live by his sword will he die by it? Who knows? One things for sure.... I can't wait to see it all unfold! Or come together I should say lol #YNWA

Not the best players in the league, but the right combination of skill-sets that equips them best in their system. They always have a drive to win, and past their first XI, the squad has players able to step-up when required, and give at least 95%. Thats what he means. How committed are our players when we are losing? The ones that aren't will be moved on, in place of ones that will, irrespective of whether talent-wise, they might not seem to completely match-up.
