the fotball weve been playing this season suggets to me were heading in the right direction if any fan thought a new manager who ever it may be was going to get us straight back in the champions league after what KD wasted on transfers is living in the clouds a couple of decent signins in the summer and im sure we"ll improve and make a challenge for the top 4.

Don't forget that the other teams above us will all be strengthening as well. With ffp in place, are we able to strengthen more than our rivals so that we can catch up? I'm not so sure....

With FFP I think only Manure and Arsenal would be able to outspend us, however, I think that both Chelsea and City would be able to find loopholes in the system to keep on spending. This summer transfer window will definitely answer some questions regarding FFP.

thats a good question but to me the signings of sturridge and coutinho were pretty good and if we can add 2 or 3 more decent players we"ll be okay i just dont think we can compete at the very top end of the buying market we aint got a rich russian or sheik but i actually dont think were that far away.

i dont think they were but previous managers have made the same bad buys including rafa and kd but sturridge and coutinho aint to bad are they

as up and coming managers go I think we got the wrong one last year . lambert looks way ahead of BR in terms of knowing what he is doing. all his transfers seem to be setting up villa for the future. BR hit and miss a lot.

I think Lambert should have gone for that young Irish striker...Benteke moans too much and has an attitude problem. Long is way way better for that money.

Yes, all managers have good and bad buys, including Fergie and Mourinho, Mateja Kezman for example.

difference is vish fergie and jose win leagues and european cup regular basis .
