Unless I'm very much mistaken, no one has mentioned his decision to take the pundits job on Sky.

Was really hoping he'd be pursuaded to stay on another year.
Gutted.

Glad he has made the decision to take a break.

Guy deserves to have some normal time with his family, enjoy the normal things in life, that we all take for granted and then hopefully, will return to LFC in a coaching/managerial role.

And give us some straight talking via his punditry while he takes the break!!

Sky may need to hire a translator for him

Pete: Berg, I'm just not cut out to be a good person.
Berg: I know. That's why the Lord gave us good looks.

Totally agree.

That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.

Yes yes yes, I KNOW that. I was merely commenting on the lack of comments in here regarding the official announcement of him joining Sky for certain.
I was really hoping BR might have pusuaded him to stay on for another year.
He'll be sorely missed, not just on the field, but as an employee of LFC too I imagine.

One of the very finest EVER.
Loads and loads of total respect.

rodgers did want him to stay but FSG want his wages gone and were not interested in a new contract
