Back when the scum where building there teams, loads of players came into the team viva youths, reserves etc. LFC have had a great time of it the last few years 3 FA youth cup finals winning 2, The reserve have been flying, and are this season as well (on course for a clean sweep fingers crossed). But while the scum, man city, The goners and Villa are all starting to bring in players to the first team we are not!!. I can't under stand this, This season only because of injury have some of them played??? Is it a trust thing or is all the teams down not good enough?????. Is there a point to investing in these areas when nobody is coming threw, Remember when Gerrard came in, he looked out of place but was given time, Personally i can't see where Jay Spearing has done anything wrong when he has come into the team and yet is not getting a run of games

Benitez is scared to death to even contemplate using the young lads. So desperate is he in his quest to not lose games, he cannot see the wealth of potential we have at the club. At any other club the likes of Pacheco, Nemeth, Ecclestone, Kelly and Spearing would have had proper chances to impress. But not here, not while Snr. Benitez is so filled with love for Kuyt, Lucas, Degen etc.

wait for europa league and ur wish may come true. im pretty sure he's ganna use some youths in that competition

you know rafa did bring them to the club so i think he knows how good they are and he also talks to them every day and if he doesn't feel like they are ready mentally then it could do more harm than good for them, pacheco is probably our most talented player but if his head isn't ready for a start and he starts and has a bad game who knows how long it would take him to get back right mentally this real football not football manager yano

i dont think players are that emotionally or mentally fragile, they are not going to war, its ninety minuts of football. throw them on for a while for god's sake. pach would at least make a good super sub, he can do what benny does, be creative, change a game.

if they are that emotionally fragile then they won't make it anyway! they are good enough but rafa won't trust them .... they are probably the best crop of youngsters the club has ever had .... in the past there was always one or two that stood out head and shoulders and one or two that might just make it ...... right now we have 5 or 6 that look certs to make it and 5 or 6 that could make it .... i can't remember the club ever being in this position before

the problem is that rafa won't use them and even lets one of our most promising youngsters go for peanuts when his position is a problem position for the club! lunacy
