Hi all, Not totally all LFC in this post.

Watching England last night was just like having a flash back to watching LFC under Hodgson. Absolutely pathetic second half with no leadership or ideas to change it from the bench.
Roy must have been the only person watching that game last night that thought England didn`t need to change personel before we conceeded. dreadful

Thank God he was shown the door at Anfield as I fear the Suicide rate would have risen beside his time in the job.

They needed fresh ideas after the first ten minutes in the second half but he did nothing. Pathetic management. The players on the bench must have been pulling their hair out waiting to get on.

I happen to think had we kept with Hodgson rather than the Dalglish experiment we would have been better off today. Not that I think he was a good Liverpool manager just the debacle would not have occurred and we would have had more stability.

Think you're right there stan. Last night was appalling management though. And England are still to beat one of the other top contenders in the group. No winning mentality.

Agreed not good last night but the last chap was even worse than Hodgson.

Can't see England getting anywhere and as a keen England and Liverpool fan not good times ahead I fear

You are openly stating that you believe Fabio Capello did a worse job and is a worse manager for England than Roy Hodgson?

Only a fool would disagree with that.

I read somewhere that Hodgson has one of the best records of any england manager ever after the first dozen or so games in charge. No wonder we're such underachievers if he's one of our top men.

We would probably be in exactly the same position if not worse,so call me a fool I don't care.

That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.

"Financially", we would most certainly have been better off. Hodgson wouldn't have blown 5 years worth of transfer budget on poor players - he's far too cautious. And we wouldn't have had to pay out £15m to get rid of dalglish and his team.

Great..but where it matters on the pitch, I doubt it.
