To be honest, we had quite a bit of luck today..not only to be gifted a way back into the game, but also to not concede a 3rd whilst we were 2-1 down with spurs hitting the post.
I agree with Flames that I just do not believe BR has the experience yet..However having said that, we outplayed city, we outplayed Arsenal..but the second a team starts pressing high up against us, we have no idea what to do and lose the ball cheaply. We cannot deal with high pressure opponents. Totally agree, we are rubbish at playing it out from the back when we are under pressure. I'd rather the full back hoof it up field rather than farting around at the back until eventually our keeper has to make a panicky clearance.

i suppose what im saying is we need to hold onto our big players more than we need to hold BR.

I agree and disagree. I don't like BR.
I find him annoying. And I don't think he deserves to be Liverpool manager.
But I think we are playing really good football. And that out weighs the negatives for me.

its worrying to see lucas underperforming, he hasnt really bounced back fully from that lay off.

I think it's one of the few times that we have won this season while not playing particularly well, and it was against a team in the top 4. Thats got to be good!

i suppose what im saying is we need to hold onto our big players more than we need to hold BR. It all depends who we replace him with, won't be better with a Martinez type manager. However, if we have a good run until the end of the season (win all except may be drawing the Chelsea game), I would give him a chance to continue.

i said after the wigan game that the hopes for 4th are now surviving game to game. we have survived another week, and it is a huge week to survive. beating spurs is terrific no matter how you do it.
especially glad to beat that whining biitch bale. did anyone hear him in the tunnel tapping up the ref?

However, if we have a good run until the end of the season (win all except may be drawing the Chelsea game), I would give him a chance to continue. if we continue with him i fear next season will be more of the same, but its only my opinion. i dont claim to be right all the time. or even most of the time.

Yeah, he was whinging all game. I loved it when Gerrard went through him with that header. Great challenge I thought.
