I would have been happy with either really because I liked the style of football they were trying to play. My preference would have been AVB over BR but not by much

I wanted AVB when he was at porto but with us not having CL football and chelsea wanting him I dont think he was ever a option at that time.

When KD was sacked he was available and went to Spurs.

AVB turned us down as he didn't like the proposals/project that FSG were offering smile

Always thought AVB was a good coach and is doing well , but I believe brendan rodgers is a good coach and yes its been up and down up and he has made errors but I think it will get better .

Yes all is not lost with Rodgers and we are still capable of a strong finish which will reposition the landscape

Was that last summer or before he took over at Chelsea?

Nope not done enough for me Rodgers, can accept league positions from 6 up to 8 because as a Club taking everything into consideration regarding the owners, what there business plan is, wanting to take the cheap way out regarding tarting up the old ground instead of new, trimming the wage bill, no massive money signings, preparing to sell our most profitable player in the summer and looking to take maximum money out while putting as little in I know Rodgers won't go any higher so am satisfied in that respect with 7th place. The big thing for me is the cups, there is no way he should of treated the cups with such destain, the feller was embarrassing with the lack of respect he showed them. I honestly believe we could of took the cups serious, fielded strong teams and had a really good go at trying up win one and still finished in the league where we were going to finish anyway, this is why I don't think Rodgers is the right manager, remember the saying Liverpool Football Club exist to win trophies, just not on Brendan Rodgers watch it seems...

You go on to another thread and say without champions league over the next few seasons "the fickle fans" will stop showing up, then you say your happy with the cups and go on about them like a maniac and claim you can accept 7th, would u not rather we try go for 4th to get the champions league money which you bang on about?

And the way you go on about suarez is absurd, did FSG tell you that they're "preparing to sell our most profitable player in the summer and looking to take maximum money out while putting as little in".. Did FSG tell you there about to sell him? Did rodgers tell u? And FSG have put more money in to the club so far than any other owners, so most of your points are invalid or wrong, except the stadium one but i wouldn't mind if they put an extra 15 - 20 thousand seats in to it.
