A handful yes, but in Spain it's basically 2 teams except for 2 years in what, 20 yrs, when RB won it with Valencia. It will stay as such until they change the TV revenue distribution system with 2 clubs taking more than the lion share.

I don't think that will make a huge difference as the 2 massive clubs will still be way ahead financially. It's not much difference in the EPL - it's unlikely that the title will be going anywhere other than manchester for quite a while. If you take all TV money away, nothing would change.

my opinion - the EPL, barring LFC is nowhere near as good as some of the European and SAmerican leagues.
Total reliability on non English players has placed England as a spent force in international football. Their style of play is painful to see and have never won a world cup since the early '60s.

I think you will still have Chelsea in the mix especially if the special one is back and you never know with Arsenal once they repay their stadium. The number of clubs and times that have won the EPL in the last 10 years is more balanced than in Spain.

Even with Real and Barca's dominance, Real still hasn't won the CL for more than ten years. Since the turn of the century, Real has more or less been for Spain what City is for England now.

League standings today:

EPL
1. Manure 28 played 71 points
2. Citeh 28 - 59
3. Spuds 28 - 54
4. Chelski 28 - 52
5. Arse 28 - 47
6. Everton 28 - 45
7. LFC 28 - 42

La Liga
1. Barca 26 played 68 points
2. Atletico 26 - 57
3. Real 26 - 55
4. Malaga 26 - 43
5. Valencia 26 - 42
6. Sociedad 26 - 41
7. Betis 26 - 40

Now tell me again that La Liga is far more uneven than EPL!

Try to do the same exercise over the last 5 years at the end of the season and then we'll discuss. As you know, the current trend Manure is taking is going to be a record year in terms of number of pts and goals scored, therefore not very often.
