ok chelsea went all the way last season but the season before similar to this season all the teams out early ok arsenal still have to play but unlikely to turn it around , yes the premier league is an exciting league , but is it the european force people think it is ??????

i dont think anyone is under the illusion that they are a european force, not to the point that they are the main force anyway. cfc did what they had to do last year but they werent the best team, it was a patch up job.

The general standard in the EPL is shocking. It's very rich but look at the sort if players that buys eg Samba on £100k a week. The sooner the FA realises that there's something wrong the better and they might do as ze Germans did and sort it out.

A lot has changed with the financial crisis, I think we were ahead, but barca and madrid seem to be able to absorb their debts. Chelsea didnt deserve to win that CL last time IMO. I would say it is still a force as the EPL teams have pace and power. HAve to say though man uniteds midfield is shocking . Mancity have a bad manager in my view and then chelsea chop and change managers. Arsenal are ona downward spiral. Wenger will go soon I think. I think EPL teams are well placed to get regualrly in the finals of the CPL for next ten years
