Thats unfair rodgers has not had long enough yet I would like to see him given budget in the summer and judge him next season agree. we'll all have our views as to whether he will or won't cut it, but it's too early to make a call just yet. He'll be given this summer's transfer budget... seem he'll be after a centre back, another striker/playmker perhaps. I just dont get what Rodgers wants for the Club, he has no intention of winning cups in fact he sees them as a distraction, he knows there is no fourth place for the club this season or for the next five, he sets his team out in the league to qualify with a bit of luck for the Europa League and then when he's in it he fields weak teams in order to get bounced out, like I say just dont think he's a Liverpool manager or believes in the famous quote that Liverpool Football Club exist to win trophies... ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ....

I just dont get what Rodgers wants for the Club, he has no intention of winning cups in fact he sees them as a distraction, he knows there is no fourth place for the club this season or for the next five, he sets his team out in the league to qualify with a bit of luck for the Europa League and then when he's in it he fields weak teams in order to get bounced out, like I say just dont think he's a Liverpool manager or believes in the famous quote that Liverpool Football Club exist to win trophies... I'm not yet convincded by BR, but I'm not as cynical as you seem to be. I think like Roy, he does toe the owners line a bit and dumbs down expectation to protect his own personal interests, but apart from that, of course he want success in all competitions in the long run. He might feel that we don't have the resources to compete on all fronts hence the poor cup perfromances this season. However, I think the fans will expect a top4 challenge next season and will be extremely disappointed if we don't make it.

What? We lost to Swansea in the league cup and to be fair they were the better side, he fielded a strong side against Oldham but the magic of the FA cup just came out that day, and 1 individual error put us out of the Europa League, just how do u think he finds cups as a distraction? You slagged KK off for only concentrating on the cups and the poor league form, not your doing the opposite with BR, your just a negative person with self esteem issues and no life, so you sit and look at everything with a cynical view when in reality your just being dramatic and things aint half as bad as YOU make them out to be, this forum would be a much better place without you as its not a difference of opinion your just a WUM and its all you'll ever be, even admitted to it before. I hope the OOT argument comes up again sometime so you'll finally get the boot. you delibrately trying to provoke me is not going to work so your going to have to think of something else...

Even after a 4 nil win u spout crap again, same after we beat Swansea 5 nil and Zenit 3 1, your never happy unless a manager is sacked which is what u want with the current one, so bitter its unreal, get a grip, if the way you go on here reflects on your personal life then i feel sorry for you, really do, poor excuse of a football fan.

unfortunately the club is no longer a top four Club as we dont have the resources, similar to Everton or West Brom I think Clubs like ours can only climb so high and about 6th place at the very most is all we can achieve for me. we don't know that yet. we've only been out of the top 4 for a few season during which we've had turbulence in the ownership and mangement department. Time will tell whether we'll remain as a top 6or top 8 club, or whether we'll bounce back as a top four club. We have good revenues, some good players, a global brand etc... it's too early to write us off.
