Okay so I'm of the younger generation (born in 1990) and have never been to the world cup before. I'm planning to go to Brazil next year to see all of Australia's games as well as a semi final and the final. I have little to no idea on what would be best regarding -

* flights
* how to get tickets to games
* accomodation
* where to go
* etc (am I missing anything?)

Any help with all of this would be greatly appreciated.
Hoping some fellow reds will be out there!

I’m looking to go as well but at present flight and tour operators are reluctant to give out prices (due to only Brazil knowing where they will be playing)

One thing I can tell you is it won’t be cheap

I've been to Brazil a few times. Trust me, watching the football will be by far the least exciting thing you can do while you're there! Cracking country, but like every other country it has it's very dodgy areas. Definitely research these if you're planning on exploring a little.

If I see you add another L to my name I will hunt you down and hurt you, Stan already made the excuse of his 'iPad' adding it. Whats yours?
