As for Coolflames / CarheeX (whatever he calls himself) he's been hot air all afternoon, pointing fingers but offering zero solutions - WUM'ing it up big time.

Your comparison of BR with Michael Laudrup, who has come in an got them a cup in his first season can just as easily be palmed off with your "he is the exception, not the rule."

I'm sure he's made changes (no point in appointing a manager who leaves everything the same!) and West Brom are better off for it. Has he needed a couple of seasons to make his mark?

Ok, tit for tat - Alan Pardew, last season had a great one, now doing shiite, was he a good manager last season and has suddenly become a shiite one this season?
