Liverpool have nothing to lose tonight 0-2 down likely to go out so just have to give it a go and see what happens if Liverpool turn it around great if not possibly expected.

Couldnt believe how bad zenit were in the 1st leg dont think the pitch helped either think we needed that 1 away goal just dont think this team has got the metal to go and get a 3 0 result we have fell badly short every time weve played well the game before its always 1 step back in the next match thats how we are at the moment.

Can't wait for it, Stan. We need to get an early goal. As long as we score the first goal, we've a great chance. The first goal will be VITAL. If they get it, then we've a mountain to climb - we'll need at least 4 goals. If we get it though, then the crowd will blow the roof off and you'd fancy us to get at least one more for extra time, or two more to win the tie outright. I'm gonna say now that I think if we score first, we'll go through, and if they score first, we'll go out. I fancy our chances. The Anfield crowd loves a good comeback! If they just score we are definitely out. Scoring 4 times will be very difficult

Hope to god Shelvey doesn't have a howler if he gets a run out - he's been a bit of a bad omen lately..
Just not sure about tonight, wish I had your lads optimism.

I can't see it myself, I can see us deffo scoring but will be amazed if we can stop them scoring for 90 mins.
Just a side note, Brendan Rodgers has a cheek asking the supporters for help when he has totaly took the p*ss out of every cup competition he has entered this season, he's only doing it coz fourth has gone and his ar*e is on the line, too little too late am afraid Brendan, am just hoping the new manager whoever he is doesn't treat the cups with so much contempt... That's the spirit!

You're one to talk about contempt - you seem to have contempt for all things LFC! not really, am not two faced like a lot of fans on here, fans on here have condoned Rodgers weak team selections throughout all the cup competitions, some even saying there not bothered if we go out, all of a sudden now 4th place has gone and the season is going ti*s up people all of a sudden are taking the Europa League serious. I have said all along we should field our best team in all competitions as it won't effect our top 7 league position, bit late in the day for Rodgers to save his skin now for me and rightly so...
