Increasing frustrated that we didn't pick Sturridge up in the Summer, or when he was offered as part of the Torres deal. He's cup tied for the EL and his league efforts are likely to be in vain barring a miracle. Things could've been very different if we had him from the start of the season instead of Borini or allen.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing I guess, but in Sturridge's case I think he's been on our radar for a while but we just made the wrong call in earlier windows.

There's a lot of silence from the 'fans' who were slagging him off before he'd even signed.

Anyway, imagine we included him in the Torres deal, we'd not have wasted the Carroll money and if my aunty had nuts she'd be my uncle !

gonna be interesting to see who we pair him up with next season with the Suarez money, wouldn't mind a Peter Beardsley type foil who provide the ammo...

Probably would've helped turn one or two of those draws into wins, we would be in the mix for 4th no doubt..

I must have missed the announcement that Suarez has already agreed to move on in the Summer?

Sturridge has been fantastic since he came in, him and Suarez look like a formidable partnership and long may that continue. If we'd had him against West Brom and Zenit I think we would have been looking at two completely different results!
