I hate to tell you this flames but it actually could get a lot worse with yet another manager. I don't know why you can't see this. Moving on from BR will only work if we upgrade to an A list manager and improve our budget. We can't compete by shopping in the 9 mil bargain bin - or overspending on British players worth no more than 8 mil. But KP, surely we should be able to finish bove West Brom, Swansea and Everton without an A list manager and without increasing the budget?

I believe the ckub will stck with Rodgers until end of next season at least I've been thinking that all along as well, but if we lose at home to Swansea... and some more thereafter... his position could just become untenable. Ive been biting my tongue. Preaching to anyone that would listen that we need to judge BR at the end of the season. But, if he loses to Swansea at home, for a second time this season, right after losing the second time against West Brom, my mind will also be made up.

Clearly Rogers tactics are being dictated by the lack of depth in the squad. FFS due to skrtel being so shiite Brendan has pulled the vintage Carra out the stands. 35 fuck1ng years old, what is anyone expecting at this stage. Allen has let us down however at 22 I'm non too worried, especially for next season considering Hendo's turn around.
If we sold Shelvey(8m), Reina(12-14m), Carroll(15-17m), Skrtel(13-15m), spearing(7.99), Borini(8.5m), Enrique(12m) and Johnsons starting to look abit slow...them legs have had a few injuries might be worth cashing in for 10-12 mill? Obviously replacing that many players would upset the balance and would leave us in the same situation again theres no point in buying 8 new players in one window (that is what we need) because it wont work, just ask Harry.
Each window we'll buy a few more players, integrate a few more youth players. Has anyone been watching Ngoo tearing up the scottish league 3 goals in 4 and hit the cross bar with 2 peaches in the one game! Our forms [oops] but its bound to happen with brendan having pressing turned all the way up, the players are knackered. With a bigger squad and more quality/experience this approach will clearly be effective. Just relax and get behind the man, compared to Rafa, Hodge and Kenny this guy is far less annoying.

my minds made up.
Rodgers is a gonner. It might not be till the end of the season but thats the point of no return well and truly passed.
players dont believe anymore. We're a shambles, everyone seems to be disproving, we have had more than a few times where we should have kicked on and gathered momentum but we tripped ourselves up each time. you say it as if you hadn't eluded to that opinion over the past few months. it's hardly a bolt from the blue. can of course see how you're [oops] off though.

3 failed managers in a row. Don't people think that it's about time that that we held on to a manager for more than a season to stop the cycle. The problem is, that if we sack the manager, we will have to pay him out, and that would mean less transfer budget, which will mean that the new manager wont be able to get every target, which means he's go more chance of failing etc etc etc.
I'm sticking with Rodgers, and I believe that it's about time the the blooody players took some of the blame. Put the ball in the net, and grow a pair at the back. I don't care if they're internationals, they could be in their international teams because they play for a club like Liverpool. I tell you, the Slovakian, Welsh, Moroccan and Danish teams don't really strike fear into me. The other players play for England and Uraguay, hardly world beaters.

You all said this last season - what did changing managers do for us? What's the point of sacking BR in the middle of the season when there is no one better to turn to. And as for Flames declaring that he's a shyte manager - well actually - he's just shyte with us right? Doesn't that tell you something about our squad more than anything. We've got ourselves into a bit of catch-22 situation haven't we? At some point we have to stick with the manager, but it's better to change than stick with the wrong man !

the whole BR thing in retrospect has been nothing short of a farce. fsg doing that pathetic show didn't help, I don't know if BR felt he needed to or indeed was told to act or say some off those lines but he came across as a complete berk and its he has not lived that down.
he would have if he got results but his results have been total crap. most of his signings have been wastes of money , he is lazy or inept at defending and he just has to go.
swansea if they aren't looking at that final should kick ur ass, they are above us in the table so the logic has been we won't win and I don't think BR will survive that ,we will be look over our shoulder at relegation.
should never have sold alonso and should never have sacked kenny. getting rid of people that know the game inside out and putting in bullsh1te artist's has been our downfall...BR and FSG out
