So far I am reasonably happy not delighted but I feel slow but steady progress. Things I like are he seems to be getting the best out of some players like Henderson and has shaken up Enrique and downing. He also seems to know what he wants like not wanting Carroll and quickly moving shahin on. He also can read a game and change tactics as we have seen a few times. He has made mistakes though but to be fair that was always going to happen its a big job for him. One thing I wish though is he would relax more in press interviews and stop speaking like a robot.
Overall I am comfortable
That pretty well sums up my position also Stanley. I had high hopes for him from the start, but I've had cause to wobble though with some selections and tactics, but I suppose he needs time to experiment and suss out the strengths and weakness of the squad against various oppositions. All things considered though, he has done well given the resources and threadbare squad he has had top work with, so yes comfortable is about where I'm at as well. The next couple of games will be significant I feel.
