great to see sturridge scoring three in three and luis not suffering by accomodating him.but the best moment was that assist for the goal. Could have been just a dummy and hoe situation into a dangerous area, but i doubt that. I watched a good few times and the awareness of luis was there, which is a great sign, considring theyve only played 28 seconds together. I wasnt that pleased with the DS signing, but i have to admit, im quitely pleased so far. He's missed chances, but scored too, not fully fit and he seems to gel well with our uruguayan spell meister. The two of them look like they could do proper damage to opposing teams. It was evident that the others in the side felt the improvement too...they were eager to attack until love child and borini came on.....all good really and also showed where we are weak. We looked far worse when hendo cam off, hate to say it. Borini gets a bye cos hes been injured. I know they arent great, but we performed well against the budgies today!!
