My old mate BAR just made a comment about a potential signing not being Liverpool class.

What is liverpool class these days

In mu opinion from our current squad I would only class

Lucas
Johnson
Agger
Suarez

As being worthy of commanding a regular spot each week.

I also think they are the only world class players we currently have in our squad

WHAT POTENTIAL NEW SIGNINGS QUALIFY AS LIVERPOOL CLASS

STURRIDGE?
INCE?
DI SANTO?

WE ARE IN TROUBLE IT SEEMS THEN

ANY THOUGHTS?

Do you know what mate,

your comment about Suarez deep down hurts very much, but to be honest I agree.

I don't think it is that bad.

I reckon the back 5 is fine. could do with a Thommo type centre half. Lucas is fine. Plus Suarez and gerrard.

What's missing is the mentality, attitude, nouse. etc.

i have been watching disanto closely for around a year now and i think he would be an excellent signing. One of the best young players in the league. Surprised more clubs arent sniffing round him.

Liverpool are a mid table standard Premier League Club, nothing more nothing less, yes we have a great history and yes we have a famous old name but unfortunately it gets you nowhere in the modern game. I think we dont have any world class players and we dont have the ability to attract them anymore, I think Suarez is our best and most valuable player but would only put him in the very good on his day class, overall I think the majority of our players are average to decent at most...

wrong again. in fact your name, reputation and history is the most valuable commodity in football.

so what does it get you when the ref blows his whistle to start the game, we have a better reputation than Manchester City and have a better name than Chelsea, who do you think is getting more benefit in today's game us or those two Clubs, who would you rather be right now...

What is depressing is the amount of money Liverpool are wasting on buying players to be in the middle of the table. All the other teams around us only spend a couple of million whilst we spend hundreds of millions and get no where.
