Did liverpool deserve anything out of that game?

Was it 'evens stevens' in the first half?

I dont think so personally. I think liverpool were 'beaten'' due to their first half poor performance which they never recovered from and that stoke were ontop 'on points' so to speak in the first half....

We lost tonight because we weren't good enough to be honest. Same crap again no end product or quality final ball. Sick of saying we need a goal scorer because its gettin so repititive at this stage but Sturridge if he signs better get goals. 6th place finish still on the cards though no all aint to bad its all we should have expected this season lets not forget that. Sturridge, Ince and 1 more signing is needed as was said Ince shouldn't be starting right away. Fair result and well done Stoke their playin to their strengths as we should be doing and gettin the results. QPR now Sunday and Sunderland at Anfield the week after should be looking for 6 points.

At half time maybe but i dont think so. In the second half no we didn't and overall we didn't deserve a point from it. In my opinion starting Suso was a mistake from BR i thought Henderson should have got in he's bigger built Suso was bullied at times tonight. Shelvey was another who didn't play well and i thought when attacking Downing was actually firing in great low balls but our forward players made the run in to the box to early and it went behind them. Suarez was running for hopeless passes tonight and im sure he'll get sick of that after a short time. Skrtel's slip for the goal could have bin avoided sloppy defending same could be said about Jones goal from the corner.

ok i know loads want and will blame rodgers and ok fine the buck does stop with any manager good, bad or indifferent , but sorry we all have to realise the players are crap , downing two half decent games back to normal , skrtel and agger were truely woeful similar to villa , gerrard is ok then bad and he cant do it game in game out anymore , and lucas is a long way off anything he was before his injury sadly and i dont think any manager could polish these turds enough to make them better , the squad needs massive investment and sturridge and ince will help but much more is needed to make the top 6 .

skyrtl and agger had best defensive pairing for long period last season, and no man on goal line for the corner what was that about ? maybe the players who knows? shipping in three against stoke who never , till now s cored three, while providing nothing in attack is very bad sign

We deserved to loose.

I thought we had a good first half but no we did not deserve to be level at half simply because they scored two. They played better than us throughout the game, they took their 50-50 chances while we struggled to take ours. Simple as that.

They intimidated us and it worked. That's what Stoke do, that's what we shouldn't fall for, but we took it hook, line and sinker today. That's why we couldn't even string passes together.
