Oh, and by the way: Michu was the midfielder who scored the most goals in La Liga last season! Of course people knew about him - he just happened to go under all the big gun's radars! Now Laudrup wants £ 30M for him! Let's sign him!

The Michu comparison is stupid. No one knew who he was and had we been linked with him we would all have been livid about it. He's doing well but once defences get used to him, then we'll see how good he is.
Sturridge isn't the marquee signing that we all wanted. But he will improve us as he better than what we currently have up top apart from Suarez. Lets get behind him and give him a chance. well said.

It might be like the Sigurdson situation when Swansea were offered him for like 5-6mil and when we inquired that price automatically went up to around 9mil. Once these clubs see us coming, they hike the price up because we're rich in their opinion.

am sure if BR had a good scouting network, in europe, they could find a better, more polished striker than sturridge, for less than 12m...
why do LFC present manager and past ... RH, KD prefer to sign average, poor british players for high fee's, wen better quality players from overseas can be signed, for less money
