Dont we want Anzi to lose and us to win though? To top the group surely?

I dont think we can top the group though?? Where's Bar when we need answers, Anzhi beat us and drew with us, same as we did with Young Boys so we automatically finish ahead of Young Boys if we win as do Anzhi finish ahead of us because of the head to head.

So fookin complicated but i think im correct could be wrong though.

Crap wait we beat Anzhi at home didn't we, im really confused. Lets just try win and go through and leave it at that.

iverpool will qualify for the knock-out phase of the Europa League if they win or better Young Boys’ result against Anji.

Rodgers will also see his side progress if both they and Young Boys draw tomorrow night (Thursday).

However they will GO OUT if both they and Young Boys lose because the Swiss side would come out top in a three-way tie with Liverpool and Italians Udinese.

Thanks for clearing that up the more i thought about it the more confusing it got.

After 5 games played Anzhi are on 10 pts we're on 7 pts.
If they loose and we win today they still top the group on goal difference, we'd have to beat Udinese by at least 3 goals assuming Anzhi don't score today.......I think..

YB have beaten udinese twice thats how it would work but a win is the only result we should be looking for anything else liverpoool dont deserve to be in europe.
