I had faith in Henderson, but when he misses an opportunity like last night all that faith goes out the window, it was poor and incredibly frustrating. When I saw it I first assumed it was deflected but then no corner was given every professional football player should be able to score chances like that, heck I think i'd of done better.

There was no excuse for it. He was put off by the defender sliding in and completely bottled it, because he was too afraid of getting hurt in the follow through. When you put on the Red shirt you should be willing to bleed for the cause. He should have put his boot through it but instead he chose a windy half-hearted attempt which saw him miss the target completely. Not good enough.

Exactly he doesn't deserve to wear the shirt, I want to see him sold on, he doesnt have what it takes and this and the previous season despite his age has shown that for me.

There is only so much a manger can do, if he had of put that chance away, it would of been 1-1 and the whole dynamic of the game would of been different

There is no excuse for picking either him or downing. They both clearly couldnt give a toss and should never get near the first team again. Bottlers the pair of them! As soon as I saw them on the team sheet I knew it was game over.

Downings fault for the first goal I believe to be more down to Rodgers for playing him there in the first place, he isn't a LB. But he hasn't impressed in his preferred position either.

I don't think players are letting BR down. It can happen if they want rid of him, but, i don't think this is the case right now. I think probably players are underperforming because they have to adapt to a new system which sometimes doesn't suit them. Downing has never been a right back so is learning there, Henderson looks completely off confidence, Gerrard looks lost often (he is actually playing better for England), Skrtl has been very often been unconfortable.

Hendo hasn't looked confident since he joined. In my opinion the system is perfect and were already used to it just the players simply aint good enough with the exception of Agger, Skrtel, Johnson, Suarez and Sterling so far. Last 3 or 4 Enrique has been good too. I'm hardly the only one who has came to this conclusion am I? I dont think BR is letting the players down or the players are letting BR down, maybe their just not good enough and 6 - 9th is the best we could get out of the current group? Downing and Henderson are defo bottom half players I like Allen alot but we need to see more of him Lucas' return could and should be a blessing. Also Assaidi MUST start Saturday its December now we simply have to throw him in I dont remember any player taking this long to play in the first team? We'll get 6th place this season imo and im standing by that prediction.

It's baffling! And what makes it even more baffling is that he's looked quality when played in the Europa League. And what's EVEN MORE baffling is that Downing gets a game sometimes and he doesn't!!

Yes in Europa I thought he looked a proper prospect. Surely he should have started against Wigan if i'm not mistaken he didn't even get on as a sub? And same story against Young Boys. He must be match fit and ready to go by now only reason why he shouldn't be fit is because of lack of matches. And yes its shocking that Drowning gets games ahead of him I really dont see the logic in that.
