Ok people are frustrated and so am I but we need to be real. We have only one striker. Our midfield and forwards are all young and learning. Defensively we have improved and stopped conceding sloppy goals compared with the beginning of the season.

Therefore it was always damage limitation until we have more than Suarez to bang in the goals.

We are a work in progress and until probably next summer we still will be as not a lot of players are willing to leave in January.

Support the team and the manager.

I don't agree....yes support the team and.manager but our young players etc are better than our results suggest....suso sterling shelvey wisdom would get into most epl teams...and remember the gunners had 1 (contributing) striker for most of last season and they qualified for ecl

Unbeaten in 8 in the league, back to back clean sheets, only conceded 4 goals in the last 7 games, our only striker is currently the leading scorer in the PL. Positives from today - Pepe Reina had a great performance, showing his form of old - hopefully he can keep that up. Johnson and Enrique were fantastic again.

These are the beginnings of stability and a good platform to build on. Most of the people going mad are the ones who thought we had 4th place as a given this season. I for one am still very much excited about the future under Brendan Rodgers!

There yis go again playing the man not the ball....Christ lads can ye not be a fan of br that I am AND be allowed to be critical if ye feel its warranted...I do think he's doing ok but there's a hell of a lot more in this team than he's getting out of them ....its a much better team this year all credit to him but the players in that squad are better than the results and league position so far

I'm critical of him when I feel there's a need for it, and the same goes for any of the players. I'm not sure what you're expecting from him under the circumstances? The squad was stripped down in the summer and he wasn't able to get in as many signings as he would have liked, so he's had to resort to blooding a few youngsters, who've come in and done well. He's only in the job a few months, what do you want?

Im expecting our manager to do his job and get the absolute most for a limited squad....limited in size not quality.....Reina,Johnson, agger, skrtel, Allen,SG, Lucas (injured), sahin, sterling, suarez, shelvey then ably assisted by cara coates Jones suso wisdom, that's a top 6 squad maybe better. Don't tell me that squad isn't better than swansea, fulham, west ham, wba. Many of that squad would get into the top teams in the league....agger, suarez, Johnson, SG. I'm tired of excuses and feel that this team is capable of a lot more.....am I wrong

i think if BR played a 442, 441 system we wud turn these draws into wins.

433 is not going to work, until quality players r signed.

fsg didn't back BR which was a disgrace.

however if he goes and spends 15m on sturridge then i will turn on him in an instant and not stop till he gets the boot.

I also do not want Sturridge either but I wouldn't turn on BR just for that.....not at this stage anyway. We need to start turning the draws into wins. We are equal top of the drawer table with 7 this season but have only lost 3 games which is the same as Manure who lead the league at this point!

Reality is we need someone else to start scoring goals because when Suarez doesn't, no-one else does. All good and well keeping the opposition scoreless but we need another striker to get more goals.

To me that is the reality!

fsg/ayre fcuked BR up last transfer window and by hook or by crook, with some luck, come end of DEC 2012, if LFC are 4/8 points off 4th spot....then

FSG need to release the money..not 10m... and BR has to sign the right quality of players for the club, team, to make a push for 4th spot
