valencia was before LFC and before Inter. In other words, peaked at LFC, (won't forget what he did for us), but went on the decline from there unfortunately.
imo the chelski job if he gets it, may well be his downfall as their track record has shown to be +1 and look at inter before he got there they won the treble with one manager then rafa ruined them so much no one could sort them out .and that will please torres wont it the manager he had that he didnt understand why the changes which is why he and gerrard shoook there heads on more than one occassion .also what you need to understand is that the only way he will be manager is as a temp untill they get pep . which is who abramovich wants .

Sure thing Stan, rember when Rafa went into "mute" mode wiyth the press when Hicks and Gillet were giving him stick.
Chelskovich loves to intefere and this will p**ss off Rafa somewhat

I don't know why you guys think Rafa will take over at Chelsea, I really can't see that happening. Rafa demands total control which is something he won't get at Chelsea so he would probably turn down any offer he gets.
The simple fact that he gets linked to Chelsea by the papers and the rumor mill proves that he is one of the top managers around.
In my opinion he is a great tactician and overall a great manager and man. Perhaps his man managent could do with a bit of improvement but he is a true great in my eyes. To have us competing at the level he did, with the squad we has is an achievement on it's own. To win the CL and then go on to make another final of the CL and to finish 2nd in the PL with that squad takes doing. I don't think any other manager would have achieved these things with that squad.
I just dont see him at Chelsea as a realistic option.

Won't work. Not many people could at Chavski , Terry n Cole have way too much power there n Rafa aint a 'Yes' man either....might get a tune outta Torres though. Redknapp would be a better option for em.

Rafa always wants control over transfers , abaramovoich has never giving any manager control over transfers only maybe mourinhio

Or how a manager goes into 'decline' - did he lose a yard of pace? Love how SG's headshake gets some much airtime, unlike every other player who's agreed with every single substitution any other manager has ever made. I knew I'd come here to find another excuse to slate him... People keep demanding we move on then bring him up at any opportunity.
