We'll probably have money to sign only 1 striker in Jan. Who would you prefer and why? Make a choice. The ones listed are probably the ones we might have a chance of signing.

Huntelaar its no contest really, he's the type of striker we need, he will give you goals whenever he plays.

I agree I'd take huntelaar, but why would he come to us? 2nd in the german league, apparently available for 6 mill, so Juve (top of the Italian league) are apparently in for him. We couldn't get huntelaar

Maybe he wants to play in England he's played in Italy, Spain, Germany and Holland as it is.

voted Walcott, Would love to have Torres back but passed his best, Huntelar only has a couple more years left in him i would guess given his age, and there is no evidence to support he will get goals in the EPL no matter how good a player he is, where as Walcott has done it, is only 23 so has best years ahead of him in theory, and has got 8 goals this season already manly from the bench.

Torres has made his bed, he can damn well lay in it.

Infact, I'll take Walcott AND Huntelaar given they'd both be on a free in the summer if they don't leave their respected clubs in Jan.


God knows we're due a bit of luck in the transfer season.

Money talks mate, if FSG really want us to push higher in the league and compete for the champions league spots then they can make it happen with a good wage package.

Torres. The others haven't been prolific in the premier league and would be a bi tof a gamble that we're not in a position to make.
