well put it this way stanley, if Messi or Ronaldo would of hit that pass to Suarez that Enrique did what do you think they would be saying on the telly. I think World Class is a level and not a performance, anybody can produce a world class performance but not everyone can play consistantly at the highest level as in winning things at the top end of the food chain consistantly. stanley answer me this, how many big, important, pressure, special games has Gerrard played in in the last 5 years which should be the peak of his career

Copa America, you havin a laugh, a competition with the likes of Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador, Chile e.t.c, if your going to throw that in I can tell your not being serious, even the likes of Brazil and Argentina performance wise are currently regarded as poor by there standards. Suarez and Gerrard have won virtualy nothing comapared to the true world class greats and winning the games major honours does define you as a player, thats why Michael Owen as good as he was in his early career with us was never regarded as being in the same class as Raul of Real Madrid, Raul played in and scored in the biggest games on a regular basis.

My point is that Luis Suarez was the focus of the actual original comment, not any other player comparisons.
