His talks with Chelski to sign a new contract have stalled so he might be available for a free in the summer.
Won't mind having him on the left for us. Only problem is his wage demand might be a bit high for us.

id love joe cole on a free or for a couple of million maybe his wages would be pretty high but you obviously sell benayoun to take the edge off his wages and he's english and with the new rules coming in place next season having another english player wouldn't hurt one bit oh and not to mention he is much much better than all of our wingers makes this deal a win, win, win, win

dont rate him at all ..... he is too much about looking good with silly little flicks that never come off ..... plus he dives everytime he can ..... and he is injury prone ..... waste of time on the huge money he is demanding - that is why chelsea are refusing to meet his ludicrous wage demands

i remember a while ago a swedish commentator questioned his lung capacity because he thought that cole always seems so tired only after a couple of minutes on the pitch...
we already have enough of injury prone players...
