They didn't show the game in New Zealand. Did Dagger have a disallowed goal?

He nodded the ball out of their keeper's hand,(not handS!) and volleyed it into the back of the net. I've always understood the rule to be that you can't touch the ball if the keeper has it in BOTH hands. Should have counted.

They changed the wording of the rule a while back mate. It was rightly disallowed. Shame though ;-)

yeah i think thats right.

i dont see why u cant tackle a goalie. the ball is in play. they have 2 much protection and know any slight touch will b a free for them.u sud at least b allowed to stand in front of him and try to block them like u can 4 every other player on the pitch

it's called unsporting behavior now and that covers whatever they want at there own discretion, the most famous one of all was Georgie Best heading the Ball out of Gordon Banks hands in a Northern Ireland v England game, might be on YouTube, also remember Gary Crosby doing it playing for Forest against City, both goals were disallowed.
