Choc ice and ''coco nut''is also used by africans to denote afro caribeans ie of lighter skin colour. The terms racist whether rio is darker skinned or lighter skinned doesnt matter, its a form of bullying as well , bullying based on skin colour /ethnic origin/ colour, the worst kind in a lot of peoples opinion

That's irrelevant. There could be any number of reasons why there aren't black people high up within the FA. The FA may not have received applications from blacks with the relevant experience or skills, there may be blacks suitable for roles within the FA but who weren't available when the positions became available. Is it so hard to accept that the people currently employed by the FA are the best people for the job?

I agree with David James - there is no signs of racism in 'football'. A handful of knobeheads calling people names from the terraces doesn't count and is a seprate issue.
I see plenty of black people earning more money in a year than I will earn in my entire life. If there was 'racism' within football then they wouldn't be given these opportunities.

i would actually like to know the figures of black ppl that have took their coaching courses. is the small amount of black managers etc discrimation, or is it that there is such a small pool of adequate and capable black managers that want to go on to management. this breakaway group is racism in its finest. its the world against us attitude.white ppl need not apply.do we stop giving the best doctors jobs to fill qoutas, no.we all want equality, but setting up breakaway groups is nonsense.the cream always rises to the top, b it black, white or green

if you want to sit around at home allday you won't get a FA qualification... or maybe theey sell them now in blatters brown envelopes

maybe they should..just cause ur white and went to the same private school as the prime minister doesn't mean u are best qualified for the job..look at the mess the FA has made of things such as hillsborough..more diversity is probably needed..that said I don't think a seperate association is a good idea and I don't think racism is rife, but a better representation is called for.
