for normal people a good idea (as long as it incoroporates asian footballers even if there arent many), for footballers notoriously stupid and two faced like rio ferdinand, not a good idea

kick it out was bs just like 'fair play' when fifa have got more envelopes than brendan rogers

Is that not a form of racism in itself?

Apparently not, still, when the england captain calls someone a f b c*** there needs to be a shakeup somewhere. It's seperatist, and I think its similar to the concept of positive discrimination which is a load of old bull.

But FA and fifa is a laughing stock at moment i can see this coming to fruition to take the pressure off the fa

Whats to stop mallicious allegations in this atomsphere of race hysteria. Black person accusses white player nop evidence but word against word. White player hung out to dry. Look at John Terry now he will never work in media or in the england set up. And all on the word of another man. But this will ripple down and you had better not get involved in a bad tackle or any altercation if you are white. I also think the day is approaching when there is pressure for quotas particularly managers.

Yeah they were on about quotas for manager earlier this year i think, just because they were pushing to have that in the american football or basketball. Well U.S society is a little different to England so quotas for managers will never work. They don't have quotas for players so why shold they have them for managers just because there aren't many. If there was a real race problem in English football you wouldnt even have Black players. Its all about distortion of reality, when you talk about football managers.
Like if you have 30 percent of black managers in the premier league then everything is hunky dory.

What do you do when roman abromavitch for example, says i want the top manager in europe. You have to go to Spain and Italy, if there are no black managers what do you do, go for paul ince to keep everyone happy?

I disagree with you on terry though, he is clearly guilty from the tv coverage theres no grey area, but that's a good point. They have to end the kangaroo courts if they are going to keep up the pretence that they act in the spirt of justice and fair play.

I would still welcome it if handled sensibly but you would have to ban all players from going on twitter, there would be no unity, there would be witch hunting and people getting set up , total fiasco. But a pressure group to voice concerns im all for that

I think this is a very bad idea and will lead to more trouble. Jason Roberts is a trouble maker looking to make a name for himself in the media. I feel sorry for Clarke Carlisle in all of this as he is the guy who will get caught in the middle as he is a black chairman of the PFA. I don't think he gets enough support from black players and this is why things like this happen. There are some black players who tried to be bigger than the game last weekend and I really do not know what black players are trying to achieve by all of this.

It has all blown up over the Suarez and Terry issues and those players were punished by the FA. There is a players union and for many many years it was fronted by Brendan Batson of WBA who was also black. So what do they want? And will they let white players join their union like Suarez who has black ancestory?

This is going to divide football in this country and I hope that the FA seek to ban any break away union on the basis that they have one for all creeds and colours already. I hope that they do not help fund it as there is no need for it. I also hope that some of these players come to their senses and see there is no need for this. Of course the lawyers are already jumping in to make money out of all this and the FA being clumsy and inept will mumble and stumble their way into more trouble.

If this thing gets off the ground do not be surprised if we end up with a players strike somewhere along the line.

The recognised body for football in this country is the FA. The players union is the PFA. Why all of a sudden do we need another organisation?

How would quotas even work? if 3 of the teams with black managers got relegated and the promoted teams all had white managers, would the promoted teams have to sack their managers and employ black managers just to keep the numbers up?

Don't think for Terry is was only word against word, the used the TV footings also. However, i think all abuse should be treated equally, don't know why in England, racial abuse is considered the most damaging/hurting. Swearing at one's mum for instance is as abusive/ hurting as racial abuse as I see it.

Yes I think so because the quota as not being kept. And possibly the reason the black managers gor relegated was racism believe me it would be said in some quarters.
