Some may even go so far as to call is self defence. "They blocked me in, what else was I to do?!" give then a suspended sentence and try to educate them. it works for our regal system so cant see why it wont for you mu friend

Both myself and my mate have had war with our own (different) mobile phone companies over different issues lately. In fact, my one haven't responded to my last email so time for another torrent of abuse, I think!!
