Yeah there are plenty on here that want him to fail so they can say "we told you so"

It's only my opinion but there are several WUM's posting on here this last while.

very sad , look if rodgers fails he fails if he does well he does well , but if he fails he will be the same as dalglish (2nd term), benitez , hodgson ,houllier, evans and souness who all failed to bring the league back to anfield , but all except hodgson had a very fair crack of the whip all got funds to spend and waste , unlike rodgers who is still new to the job had no big money to spend and fans wanting him to fail , because they think benitez will come back really sad

faz not everyone wants rafa back.

There is still strong support for BR and he needs to be given a chance.

We cant keep changing manager every season, it's ridiculous.

brendan deserves a big chance but shaggy some have this thing that benitez will come back and solve liverpool's woes when he was part of the problem that started the decline .

Although Rogers has made a couple of mistakes, There is no way he should be replaced at this early stage I would give him at least two full seasons and provide him with some decent funds in order to do his job. I dont think he should be given the same money as the previous managers because we are simply not that Club anymore financial wise but I still think he should be allowed to bring in some players in order to bolster the squad in quality and numbers. If Rogers is still making mistakes in two seasons time then people should be allowed to suggest he be replaced not before in my opinion.

faz I have a lot of time for rafa and what he achieved (I know you dont)but he has gone and wont be back.

BR is the only show in town now and if he receives support from the owners then he may very well achieve success. But he has to be given a chance.

+1

I think we should appreciate any manager for the good work they have done and realize that they are not perfect and will all make mistakes....some bugger than others. KD in his 2nd stint started to bring the ship back in the right direction but failed miserably with the signings. Rafa got us our 5th CL trophy, FA Cup, highest points tally in a season to name a few, but, lost his direction in the last year of his tenure! Just two examples of managers who started well but ended badly for different reasons. Both have had their time and were moved on for different reasons and I don't want either of them back but still show them respect for the good they have done at LFC.

BR is now our man and he needs to be given at least two season with the backing of the owners. We have seen a great improvement in the style of play, the addition of some very talented youngsters into the 1st team and now we just need to start getting results. But, this will take some time and BR needs to be given this time to see if it works as well as the support of the owners and the fans!
