Carheex I'm sure we won't agree on everything but it's good to see an lfc fan with a little realism on here.

Sturridge has gone on record as saying he's a confident person and he doesn't care if people think he's arrogant. As long as he can back it up then I don't care. Obviously there's a line for everyone but I think the other point people forget is he wasn't bothered moving up to the north west just to play regular football. that shows a bit of hunger and desire to progress.

one thing ive always said is...Sturridge is one of the most selfish players in the EPL. Ive watched games where Torres would actually score more goals if not for Sturridge's selfishness. To make long story short,I DONT LIKE HIM.

All strikers are selfish though,I think he would be a good addition if at a reasonable price,young,willing to learn and not a bad player.

dont rate welbeck that much. would prefer strurridge. would like him on loan with the option of buying him

have to agree with this, I think Joe Allen is a nice little player but think it was madness on the manager's behalf to shell out that much on a non area priority. I think we would of been alrite with Gerrard, Shelvey and with Sahin coming in, Jay Spearing although not the answer would still of been ok as cover for those positions, like I say think it was a signing which should never of been made considering the dire state of some other positions, we seem to be paying the price now that injuries and suspensions are starting to bite in.
