Interesting to read all of your thoughts. I find it a bit of a joke when fans call our owners cheapskates despite them clearly making decisions that make sound financial sense in terms of not wasting hundreds of millions of pounds on a whole new stadium when the desired outcome of increased capacity for fans and corporates will be improved through this plan. The only problem I see is the locals losing their houses BUT according to most reports those houses are council houses anyway so people could be moved elsewhere.
