I have a 580 mile round trip when I go to Anfield to watch our beloved Reds play so only get to 4-6 games a season. I have been very lucky as in around 35 games that I've made it to Anfield Thursday was the 1st time I have seen them lose. But in those 90min's I believe I was entertained more than I had been for a good few seasons. I was just gutted I didn't get to see a few more of the youngster's that I believe will slowly but surely turn this club around and in Brendon Rodgers I believe we have the manager to bring these player's through and the club back to where it once was. Brendon needs time as the whole system and the way we play has changed and from what I've seen so far it's for the better. I just can't wait to get back up to Liverpool and hopefully be entertained by these youngster's again.

That's very encouraging. From what you have seen live and direct, when, according to you, we'll be in the top 4?

Well not this season, depending on how the youngster's progress and the rest off the squad get used to the new style of play and who we buy over the next few transfer Windows then maybe next season we will have closed the gap on the top four while playing entertaining football ready for a good push the season after with more of his own players brought in along with the youngster's having more experience. It may happen the season after but maybe it will never happen but I think if the club back Rodgers we won't be far off in the coming season's

So in brief, not this season definitely, maybe next, or the season after or never...i hoped for a more confident feeling. Anyway not your fault, we'll just have to wait and hope for the better.

Thanks hicksy it's nice reading some positive things about us instead of some worthless crap.

So when do you reckon. I haven't a crystal ball. But I'm confident better things are on the way in the season's ahead while playing entertaining football.

I did say I believed we would be challenging again with Rodgers in charge but it's happening slightly quicker than I thought. I gave up on this site with all the negativity that seems to be on here with certain people that seem happier to see us fail. I did also say it would be entertaining while we improved. So enjoy and get behind the team.
