sorry stan its got nothing to do with revenue , there will be plenty of times this season to wear those other kits at the appropriate times , not yesterday at norwich , but if thats the case just wear it at home as well if its down to $$$$$$$$$

It's got everything to do with revenue. In fact, I'd almost guarantee you that that sales of that shirt went up today after yesterday's game.
Bar i know that but just sad that liverpool who should wear red all the time unless its impossible IE united , arsenal etc not norwich city , just get me a bit mad .

As I said faz, I agree with you, but it's just another sign of the times.

I can't believe this thread......yes it's all about revenue so the club can compete and buy better quality players. We played away and played in an away strip. I don't see a problem with that at all! It's up to the individual fan whether they purchase one or not. Whoever said its a case of FSG ripping us off is ridiculous. They only put merchandise out there and if supporters want to buy them then it's their choice as no one is forcing them to! To me if it helps the club financially then I don't have a problem with it so long as we wear the RED strip at home!

sorry mate but there will be plenty of times to wear these other kits but liverpool should only change when it is required not to sell shirts .

Faz, I understand your opinion and agree to a certain extent but the way thing's are, cash is king and LFC trails the other clubs revenue wise, a necessary evil perhaps.

I have decided to order the away kit worn against Norwich. If that helps the club in any way, excellent.

As lomg as the home kit doesn't change I can't understand the fuss (have a thought for Cardiff!).
YES, our kit vs Norwich is possibly they gayest that the premier league has ever seen but no one is being forced to buy it. The important thing is that it wasn't 'invisible' and needed changing at half time....... ;-)

Everything was brown in 70's grin

That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.

Why do we have to play in red at home?
