Suarez went before an independent football tribunal, John Terry went before the magistrates court and had to face criminal proceedings although he got off in the end he has then had to face a football court were he has been found guilty, even with a lighter sentence, I know out of the two which I would of preferred to face and who has had the harder time.

Well at least they gave him the ban instead of sweeping it up under the carpet and doing nothing which wasn't far concerning their dubious reputation. English players will always get off the hook easier, simple as that.
