16 year old striker could break Jack Robinson's record if he starts vs WBA

and the rest of the lineup is full of young players:

"..Youngsters Suso and Andre Wisdom, who made their first team bows away to Young Boys in the Europa League last week, are set to feature again tonight.
There will also be a debut for 18-year-old German striker Samed Yesil.."

looks like it will be a quick exit from the cup

Why does it? These youngsters have something to prove and everything to gain by going through. I'm glad they're all going to play as we don't need to be risking first team players in this cup.

good for the youngsters, just what they need. Hope they go out and prove a point.

Only seen him play a couple of times but was impressed on both occasions.

That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.

I think they are taking it easy with him after him being out for awhile. His not even started a game for the Res yet.

I'm not expecting to get through. If our first team got hammered away to WBA, then I don't expect our young lads to do better. You never know though, stranger things have happened. IMO, it will depend largely on how seriously West Brom take the cup.

Also, who was the gobshite that took on Capital One as the sponsor??! The League Cup has a bad enough rap over the last few years without being labeled as the COC.

We just knocked 'em out by outplaying them. Top performance.
