5 games in and one measly point scored. The moment we let AC go to Upton Park we knew we were shagged. No strikers = no goals. No goals = no points.

We are playing lovely flowery football that has absolutely no end product. Dominating games for a while and not scoring is as bad as playing badly, if anything it's worse. At least when you play badly there is room for improvement. As things stand we are playing just about as well as we can with the squad we have.

Question is just how long do we give Brendan? By Christmas we may already be a lost cause. Not saying anybody else could get this lot scoring but something has to give and soon.

i think its harsh to judge him like that based on today. i thought we were excellent. but when you get a harsh or contraversial red followed by a dodgy peno then there is very little a team can do, especially against united.

I'm not saying Rodgers is a bad manager, but this is our worst start in living memory. We rested players midweek so as to be fresh for today. United played with the same players near enough. We lost. Again.

Where is the first win coming from? We always play best against top teams and that has yielded one whole point to date.

Gotta remember we have played Arsenal, Man City and Man U and the harsh reality is we are not expected to take points against those teams easily. We need to make sure we bounce back against Norwich
