I've been reading this forum for the last week and I've come up with one question to ask.

Tell more, who works better with people one their backs constantly? I know that if I had people constantly criticising me about how I do my job , then I would get tired of it really fast and probably lose motivation.

To many supporters are just complaining and it seems like it's just non stop. I can't see this helping the team one bit. Put it this way, do you think the team is going to do better by constantly being reminded that we're going through a troubled period and that there is hope. Or do you think we need to start showing our faith in them and affirming them, so they have the belief in themselves and their manager?

Sure, are going through a to time but lets not be a broken record about it, lets inspire them and let them know that we believe in them. Encourage them to rise above what the media kids are saying and stick it to them.

Most supposed football supporters are very fickle. I also think a lot of them have low IQs, bad memory, and want everything given to them in an instant.

I am not overly optimistic about the current season, but the second half of last season would have put us in 17th place and that is a reason for concern.
Rogers has a football philosophy that I liked as Swansea, but I am not convinced by it.

As a supporter, I will support and have faith that we will come out the other side in a better situation. Houlier and Benitez made teams with the emphasis on not conceding. This created a negativity in the style of play as it wasn't always easy on the eye. Dalglish brought back some passing and moving which was a breath of fresh air, until something broke (Lucas).
Rogers is now trying to create a team, but he needs time.
He is meant to work very well on the training pitch, so their is likely changes from game to game. Unfortunately we are playing practically two games a week due to europe. This means that training is interrupted, but the players will get used to the style quicker.

When the fixtures where released we all expected it to be a hard start.
West Brom - Agger sent off, penalty and losing possession
City - 2 mistakes cost us the 3 points
Arse - lost possession with sloppy pass, fumble.

Look at the positives. With a few adjustments the gloom can be lifted.

3 games and to be fair, apart from the 2nd half at West Brom and a few moments here and there we've hardly played bad. Just need to get some cohesion, that will come soon. Then hopefully the goals shortly after.

Don't be such a drama queen. The team are hardly going to use Koptalk as their motivation for the games ahead. Most of them will never even of heard of it! This is the IDEAL place to say exactly how we feel - at the match is the IDEAL place to show full support.

Drama queen? Rich from you Cuzzy bud. Anyway, if this is what people are feeling I'm sure it's going to be transparent not just in here but elsewhere, hense Henry coming out. Don't think he would of done that if there wasn't a sense of negativity in the air.

All I'm saying is people need to relax a bit and be a bit more optimistic. If you start from the mindset of negativity, then when things go bad, I can imagine it getting worse. If you think I'm wrong then I'm fine with that.

Could;nt agree more. However what is so important is for the supporters to change their mindset. Brendan plays a completely different style of football to which we must adapt to and accept this style, that is if we really have the club and mangers interests.
If it is to be a tiki taka culture then I want BR and the team to know that I am 100% behind them and will support their endeavours if that it what it takes to get us back into the top tier.

If they can't process the information and gather a rational structure to their thoughts, rather than emotional drivel. Then they might well be thick.

To put it another way...
Can you reason with a woman on blob?
The hormones can make them irrational and emotional.

I love this about the low IQs. How arrogant and condescending can you get? If they dont agree with me, they must be stupid!!!

Case in point!
