He and Pacheco emerged in the reserved at the same time and I had really high hopes for both of them. Németh has proven to be a let down and so far so has Pacheco. Pacheco has so much potential, but doesn't realise it. Whenever he's played for our first team competitively he's let himself and the manager down. His end product isn't good enough, he doesn't look up before playing a final ball.
