Well I have read what they had to say and they have talked like an MP would , I dont trust them sorry if you read it properly they are hiding behind all sorts of crap and trying to [oops] us with crap, I for one will no longer take it and have no interest in buying anything from these American devious twats

"Financial fair play" WTF an excuse to not spend end of, do clubs with money care no is there a rule no only for you to make us look stupid

"Stadium Issues" Oh really did not seem an issue when you bought us all you went on about was how good Fenway Park is blah blah and how we would expand or move

"No more risky spending" oh really so we now wont pay big money for anybody going forward because frankly I think Borini is risky and indeed crap but what do I know

"It has been compounded by our own mistakes in a difficult first two years of ownership. It has been a harsh education, but make no mistake, the club is healthier today than when we took over." Is it maybe on the balance books but we only have 19 players now and a worse football team

I don't think it is healthier. I lot of people say Liverpool were close to adminitration but that is nonsense the club was fine its just the owners could not finance the RBS loan. The playing squad in Gillet and Hicks days was far stronger than FSG.

Had FSG not agreed the deal the loan with RBS would have defaulted and the club would have been put into administration.

Hicks felt swindled because he at 11 hour he had a source to cover the loan debt, but he was outvoted by the board, hence the court case. We are very lucky that this happened.

The "squad" was initially strong when they took over, but with no money available better players where sold and replaced with inferior players. This was when it all went backwards.

The biggest worry I have now is following BR's comments about the squad. There are 11, backup, & future. A top team needs more than the first 11.

But even if the club had gone into administration so what? it would just go into the hands of a receiver who would have found a buyer.

no matter what, some people will not be happy with FSG no matter what they do
